We want you and your pup to be completely satisfied with your BARK Air gear. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
